INSTRUCTIONS AND WHAT TO EXPECT
On your Home screen, you will see “Personalization Survey” and “Quickstart Guides” (see "Pre-Survey" image below left panel.
STEP 1: IMPORTANT: Complete the Personalization Survey. Completing this short questionnaire allows us to customize your app experience. The survey will take approximately 10 minutes, but you will have the option to save it and come back later if you so choose.
STEP 2: View "Quickstart Guides." Get the most out of the app by reviewing the Quickstart Guides straight from the Home screen! This is the best way to learn how to use the app while we build your customized experience.
STEP 3: View new LOGS. After you complete the survey, within 48 hours, log back into MyMito, and the Home screen will have new custom "Logs" with content from your responses to the Personalization Survey (see "Post-Survey" image below right panel).
View Reminders in each new Log. Once you see your customized Logs, you can begin completing the tasks with the reminders anytime! Nothing falls through the cracks.
The MyMITO app lives up to its name because the app will address YOUR needs.
In the coming days, we will push Tips & Instructions to you directly through MyMITO Messages in the app so that you get the most out of your experience. You also have a series of Quickstart Guides accessible from the Home screen to help you navigate MyMITO.
