As a Care3 Member, you get 3 key experiences:
Personalized Action Plan (PAP). Everyone’s autism is different. Your PAP is designed to remind you of key tasks, appointments, symptoms, and behaviors to log so you have a clear view of your loved one’s version of autism.
Real World Data (RWD). When you log your activities, Care3 creates trended charts of symptom severity, vitals trends, and more. You can identify areas to target and impact easily. And you always have a view of what’s happening.
Dashboard Calendar (My Actions). Your “My Actions” calendar shows you what’s on the to-do list for each day, so you can coordinate and share activities for yourself or among your team. Nothing falls through the cracks and others can help you when needed.
